With a background in corporate communications, I've managed an array of marketing projects from branding campaigns to new website launches. I was the editor of a global sports-car magazine, and I oversaw creative and writing agencies. A need for sustainable change and action
While living in Bali I helped eco hotels, restaurants and sustainable charities revamp their marketing communications. Through our collaboration and by talking with experts on the island, I soon came to realise how much we are damaging the fragile ecosystem of our planet. Plastic is taking over countless beaches across the globe, while mass tourism is leaving a nasty imprint.
We have used and abused so much of mother earth’s resources - it is now time to stop and give back. We owe it to the future generations of not just humans, but of all animals. I share interviews with change-makers, experts and nature entrepreneurs, alongside global stories and my own experiences for building a more conscious and sustainable world.

Sophie supported us professionally and creatively to generate a press kit as part of our media engagement at Princess Yachts for a non-marine media visit and sea-trial. The content had to provide a brief but thorough overview of Princess Yachts’ history, ambition, product range and highlights, and focus in detail on design, manufacturing processes and financial results. With very little time to produce the copy, Sophie calmly and quickly understood the brief, interviewed Princess management including the Executive Chairman, and delivered a press kit for a range of media that required minimal editing.
